Created to empower through heels and movement, it’s about discovering what confidence, sensuality, and self-love means to you, and supporting you on a personal journey to become the best version of yourself.
This isn’t a competitive space. It’s built on support, encouragement, and community.
Our classes welcome everyone, from ages 18 to 60+, across all backgrounds, experience levels, shapes, and sizes.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, you'll find a safe space to connect with your body, refine your technique, and begin or continue your self-love journey.
We offer everything from one-to-one private sessions and online lessons to group classes, with levels ranging from complete beginner to advanced.
It’s not about ability, age, size, or experience. You’re welcome exactly as you are. INMYFEELS is for anyone ready to step into their confidence, embrace their body, and unlock deeper self-love.

THE FACE BEHIND INMYFEELS
My dance journey began at the age of 5 and continued through my training in musical theatre and performing arts, where I explored a wide range of dance styles. Over the past 7 years, I’ve focused specifically on heels dancing.
Over the years, I’ve built extensive experience teaching performing arts to people of all ages, from young children to adults, across various styles and levels. I’ve not only taught but also managed and led classes, facilitated workshops, taught in colleges, and run my own business and events. This has given me valuable insight into creating sessions that are both structured and empowering.
Alongside my dance training, I’ve also gained knowledge, training, and experience in mental health and wellbeing. This has deepened my understanding of how powerful movement can be in supporting emotional resilience, body confidence, and self-expression, especially for women.
Dancing in heels transformed my own self-love journey. It helped me reconnect with my body, grow in confidence, and navigate challenges with my mental health.
That experience led me to create INMYFEELS in 2020 , a safe, supportive space where women can explore dance, build confidence, and feel empowered through movement.
