INMYFEELS is more than just a dance class, it’s a space to be unapologetically YOU!

Created to empower you through heels, dance, and connection, INMYFEELS is all about discovering what confidence, sensuality, and self-love means to you. We’re here to support you as you grow, glow, and step into the best version of yourself.

This isn’t a competitive environment, it’s all about support, encouragement, good vibes, and community. Our classes welcome everybody aged 18 to 60+, with all experience levels, backgrounds, shapes, and sizes. Whether you’ve never danced before or you’ve been dancing for years, you’ll find a safe space to dance, connect with your body, build your confidence, and just feel good, without any pressure.

From private 1-1 sessions and online classes to group classes for every level from beginner to advanced, there’s something for everyone.

At INMYFEELS, it’s never about being “good enough.” or "perfect" You'll learn everything you need to know about dance, heels and confidence. It’s not about your age, size, ability, or experience, you are encouraged to come exactly as you are.

YOUR INMYFEELS HYPE GIRL

My name is Megan (the face behind INMYFEELS) and my dance journey began at the age of 5 and continued through my training in musical theatre and performing arts, where I explored a wide range of dance styles. Over the past 7 years, I’ve focused specifically on heels dancing.

Over the years, I’ve built extensive experience teaching performing arts to people of all ages, from young children to adults, across various styles and levels. I’ve not only taught but also managed and led classes, facilitated workshops, taught in colleges, and run my own business and events. This has given me valuable insight into creating sessions that are both structured and empowering.

Alongside my dance training, I’ve also gained knowledge, training, and experience in mental health and wellbeing. This has deepened my understanding of how powerful movement can be in supporting emotional resilience, body confidence, and self-expression, especially for women.

Dancing in heels transformed my own self-love journey. It helped me reconnect with my body, grow in confidence, and navigate challenges with my mental health.

 

That experience led me to create INMYFEELS in 2020 , a safe, supportive space where women can explore dance, build confidence, and feel empowered through movement.

 

Whether you’re brand new to dance or returning after time away, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. I can’t wait to help you step into your power and find your confidence, unapologetically.
